Project Goals
Attract visitors and residents to the downtown core through an engaging website that promotes member businesses and highlights current events.
The Solution
The website features a powerful events management system that allows DWBIA to easily manage events from start to finish, provides businesses with the ability to participate and submit their own events, and let’s visitors discover everything that’s happening in downtown Windsor.
The site is helping drive local residents and out-of-town tourists to shops and services available downtown through it’s easy-to-use business directory.
Since the website launch in spring of 2020, Elev8 has supported the DWBIA with many other web initiatives including an online crowdfunding campaign to help small businesses during the COVID-19 pandemic, and a job portal to connect jobseekers with downtown businesses looking to hire.
