About Build a Dream

Build a Dream delivers specialized programs to encourage and empower female students to explore careers where women are under-represented, while also working to create a gender-balanced workforce and change global perspectives on women’s contribution to society.

About WIN

The Workforce Initiative Network (WIN) is a place for individuals, business, and industry to commit to creating a more-balanced workplace. The WIN team collaborates with speakers and community leaders to share best practices for business inclusivity and offers that information and expertise for other organizations to access through consultations, workshops, and professional development.

Project Goals

The goal was to create an online presence to help businesses, students, parents and educators, learn more about their vast number of programs, services, workshops, and events for both the Build a Dream and WIN brands.

The Solution

The solution was a multi-brand site presenting a unified presence that leverages the synergies across both brands. One of the benefits of this approach is it pools the SEO leverage of multiple brands while still providing the ability for each brand to allocate separate sections of the site to organize content.

The website also features:

  • A sophisticated events management system that allows visitors to discover and register for upcoming events, workshops, and expos.
  • E-commerce facilities for the purchase of brand goods and sponsorship opportunities.
  • A donations engine.
  • Email marketing integration.
